BOOKING TERMS & CONDITIONS

Please read our booking terms and conditions below before making or confirming your booking with Lamp Post Villa.

DEPOSITS PAYMENTS & CANCELLATIONS

We normally charge a non-refundable deposit of 25%, subject to a minimum of £25. If arrival is within seven days the full amount is payable. Credit cards attract a 2% surcharge courtesy of the banks. Amex currently attract 4%. Debit cards are just 50p.

Cancellations

Cancellations up to one week prior to arrival will forfeit only the deposit of 25.00 or 25% whichever is greater. cancellations less than seven days prior to arrival may attract full payment. However if your cancellation is unavoidable, due to serious illness or loss, we offer the option to book again within four weeks, in which case your deposit, already paid. may go towards your re-booking cost.

ARRIVAL & DEPARTURE TIMES

We prefer our guests to arrive between 10.30am-1.30 or between 4pm – 7pm on their arrival date. Other times by arrangement. Please indicate ETA when booking. Should you wish to check in outside of these hours, please call us in advance of your arrival date to confirm your arrival time. A late check-in fee may apply after 9pm. We politely request that guests check out by 10.30 am on their day of departure.

CHILDREN

We are happy to accept children over 2 years old accompanied by at least one responsible adult. NB we do not supply baby cots for bedrooms or high chairs in the dining room due to Health & Safety restrictions.

PETS

We regret that we cannot accept pets.
